Lock & Load Productions Inc., Timshel Pictures and Hideaway Pictures together with Eggplant Studios have announce that filming is underway on their independent Canadian feature, "Group Home." Lyriq Bent ("Book of Negroes," "Rookie Blue") is set to star alongside Daveed Louza ("The Seder," "The Tuxedo") with Bent also producing the feature. "Group Home" tells the story of Pat (Louza) a single dad running a home for abused kids and teens in early 1980's Toronto, while struggling to raise his own two sons.
