Awards won by Nuno Lopes: Bisato d'Oro Award from independent critics for Best Director for the film The Domain at the 76th Venice Film Festival (2019). Knight of the Order of Arts and Letters of France (2021) In 2017, he also won the Autores award for best actor with the film Posto Avançado do Progresso, and was distinguished with the Angela award.
