Princess Livingston(1900-1976)

Princess Livingston's distinctive looks and wacky demeanor made her a delightful and unforgettable presence in the regrettably few films in which she appeared. She was born on August 10, 1900 in Queens, New York and began her show-business career in the 1940s as a burlesque comedienne who usually performed comic routines with a male partner. She was running a motel in Hollywood prior to being cast in her first movie as the scary woman in the saloon in Russ Meyer's The Immoral West (1962) and went on to act in a few more films for Meyer; she's especially memorable as the zany red-haired woman dancing wildly at Z-Man's decadent party in the outrageous camp cult classic La vallée des plaisirs (1970). Livingston died at age 76 on October 29, 1976 in Los Angeles County, California.
