Hossan has been seen in plays ranging from Anton Chekhov's comedies The Sneeze and The Proposal, Lovepuke with Toy Factory Theatre Ensemble to Dramaplus' The Crucible. He played Motel in Singapore Lyric Opera's Fiddler On The Roof. He was also involved in several re-runs of Chang and Eng - the Musical, as well as Singapore Boy, his stand-up comedy show. Hossan also had meaty roles in SRT's Twist Of Fate and Action Theatre's Kara-You-OK?. In ACTION Theatre's Let's Squeeze Again!, he played a corporate executive and a crass waiter in two of the plays featured.
