Richard Carrothers and Dennis D. Hennessy were artistic directors. Tom Key and Russell Trey wrote the libretto. Harry Chapin was composer and lyricist. Richard Carrothers was also director. Joe R. Fox III was producer. Rob Murphy was lighting designer. Terry G. Walthall was scenic designer. Rebecca Latson was costume designer. Steven Bush was sound designer and audio engineer.
