- Sofie Katrine Lassen-Kahlke was born on July 18 1979 in Denmark, and was discovered by producer Regner Grasten. She attended an acting academy in Hollywood in 1998 along with Robert Hansen, and made her debut as Anne in Vildbassen (1994). Her big break came as Kaffe-Hanne in the TV series Brødrene Mortensens jul (1998).
