Phil Lander is an unscripted TV producer and casting director working
in Los Angeles. After a stint as a local football star, Lander "donned the tights" and
embarked upon a career moonlighting as an pro wrestling star while
studying film at UC Santa Barbara. In Santa Barbara, he also hosted a
talk show, The Phenomenal Radio Hour.
He now specializes in physical competition, game, and live action series programming. Noteworthy credits include The Weakest Link, American Ninja Warrior, Guinness World Records Unleashed, the National Wrestling Alliance (NWA), and Xtreme Pro Wrestling (XPW).
