He was a writer, known for Trus (1914), Le Bracelet de grenats (1965) and Les soeurs de Gion (1936). He was married to Yelizaveta Maritsovna Geinrikh and Maria Karlovna Davydova. He died on August 25, 1938 in Leningrad, RSFSR, USSR [now St. Petersburg, Russia].
