David Knott is an artist and filmmaker who is employed by Walt Disney TV Animation Studios. He has gained notoriety through his efforts a storyboard artist and director on many Disney and Nickelodeon television series. After contributing to popular shows like Recess, Kim Possible, and The Emperor's New School, he won a Daytime Emmy and Primetime Emmy as a Supervising Director on Penguins of Madagascar. From 2019-2023, David is the Co-EP and Supervising Director on The Ghost and Molly McGee.
