Actor Gabe Khouth, known for his role on ABC’s “Once Upon a Time,” died unexpectedly on July 23 following a cardiac arrest. He was 46.

Khouth’s friend Peter Kelamis, a fellow actor and comedian, took to Twitter on Thursday morning to confirm the news, writing, “On July 23rd, my friend, Gabe [Khouth] appeared to suffer a cardiac arrest while riding his motorcycle and tragically died as a result. Gabe Always put a smile on everyone’s face. My deepest condolences to his Family and friends Rip-You kind, kind soul.”

The Canadian born actor is best known for playing Sneezy/Tom Clarke on the fantasy drama “Once Upon a Time,” but he’s been a regular on TV since the 1990s, playing leading roles in a variety of TV movies.

“Once Upon a Time” actor Gabe Khouth has died at the age of 46.

“Gabe Khouth passed away on July 23 at 1:30 p.m. Based on witness testimonies, cause of death was cardiac arrest while riding his motorcycle,” a rep for Trisko Talent Management told TheWrap. The Canadian actor was in Port Moody, British Columbia at the time of his death.

Khouth was known for playing Sneezy, also known as Mr. Clark, on ABC’s “Once Upon a Time.” His most recent role was on ABC’s “The Crossing,” and he has also appeared on shows including “Supernatural,” “A Series of Unfortunate Events,” “iZombie,” and “Beyblade Burst.”

Khouth died around 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, Natasha Trisko Pezzente, his rep, told The Hollywood Reporter.

The actor appeared to suffer a heart attack while riding his motorcycle, according to his friend, actor Peter Kelamis, who made the announcement via social media.

Khouth joined Once Upon A Time in the first season as a recurring in the role of Sneezy/Tom Clark, appearing in a total of 43 episodes over the series’ seven-season run. His other TV credits include The Crossing, Life Sentence, A Series of Unfortunate Events, iZombie, Supernatural and the role of Skip the Elf in the Santa Baby TV-movies. Hansel and Gretel to arrive on the scene & more in this new "Once Upon A Time" spoiler. ABC recently dropped some spoiler synopsis details on us for the upcoming episode 9,and guess who's arriving. Yep,it's none other than the legendary Hansel and Gretel. We also have details on who'll they'll be in the regular Storybrooke world,where they have forgotten who the hell they really are. Actor Quinn Lord will play Hansel,and actress Karley Scott Collins will play Gretel. Apparently Hansel and Gretel will get caught up in one of the evil queen's scandalous plans as she will order them to steal an important artifact from a blind witch. Hansel and Gretel's alter ego names in Storybrooke will be Josef and Ava. There's currently no word on what their role in Storybrooke society will be. The alphabet network has been searching for a new hit hour series and it looks like they may have found one in Once Upon a Time. The drama debuted late last month to very positive numbers and now, things are looking better than ever.

Once Upon a Time revolves around the daughter of Snow White and Prince Charming as she tries to help a group of fairy-tale characters who've been cursed and ended up living in a small town in Maine. The series features the talents of Ginnifer Goodwin, Jennifer Morrison, Robert Carlyle, Lana Parrilla, Jared Gilmore, Josh Dallas, Raphael Sbarge, Meghan Ory, Jamie Dornan, Beverley Elliott, Lee Arenberg, David Paul Grove, and Gabe Khouth.
