  • He and his wife Zlata Elbaum are the parents of Russian-American actress Alisa Khazanova.
  • As a theatrical director he made his debut with the work "Little Tricks of Life" (1980).
  • In the 1996 elections, Khazanov was Boris Yeltsin's confidant person.
  • In 2013-2014 Khazanov was the chairman of the jury of the parody show "Repeat!" On the First Channel.
  • Since 1997, Khazanov heads the Moscow Estrada Theater.
  • Khazanov played in known solo performances "Obvious - incredible", "Mighty tragedies", "Yesterday, today, tomorrow", "Favorites", "Other people's jubilees".
  • Khazanov took part in one of the issues of NTV's "To the Barrier" program as Vladimir Zhirinovsky's opponent.
  • March 4, 2003 Khazanov took part in the first issue of the program "Basic Instinct".
  • Since March 6, 2011 Khazanov is the host of the program "Family sentence" on TV3 channel.
