Aleen Keshishian is the founder and CEO of Lighthouse Management + Media and is one of the most highly respected talent representatives in the business. Her clients include Jennifer Aniston, Selena Gomez, Olivia Rodrigo, H.E.R., Paul Rudd, Mark Ruffalo, Jason Bateman, Gwyneth Paltrow, Laura Linney, Billy Crudup, Emily Mortimer, Justin Theroux, and Kathryn Hahn.

Keshishian works across all verticals of entertainment - music, branding, film, television, fashion, art, books, digital, and production. Her recent producing credits include the critically acclaimed "Selena Gomez: My Mind & Me," "Billie Eilish: The World's A Little Blurry," and the Golden Globe and Emmy nominated Ryan Murphy series, "Ratched," starring Sarah Paulson.

Keshishian has acted as the sales rep for numerous films and TV shows and has made the two largest documentary sales in history.

Combining her personal success with a deep commitment to philanthropy and social change, Keshishian encourages and guides clients to use their massive platforms to help others. Keshishian serves on the board of the Center for Countering Digital Hate and has helped raise millions of dollars alongside her clients for numerous charities including UNICEF, Global Citizen, The Lupus Alliance, Make-A-Wish, The Solutions Project, and St. Jude's Hospital.

Keshishian is a graduate of Harvard University.
