- Jean Keraudy was born in 1920 in Ballancourt-sur-Essonne, Essonne, France. He was an actor, known for Le trou (1960), Cinépanorama (1956) and Dossier Souvenirs (1970). He died on October 1, 2001 in Cravent, Yvelines, France.
- He lead the failed escape that is described in Le Trou. Giovanni who was one of his colleagues gave him the name Roland Darbant in his novel that inspired the movie. So he got a pseudonym as an actor.
