  • Shares an alma mater with Steven Spielberg and Lynda Carter: they all attended Arcadia High School in Phoenix, Arizona. Spielberg directed her in 1941 (1979).

She moved to Los Angeles in 1976 and almost immediately began to win guest television roles.
  • She played a character with the surname Douglas in the movie 1941 (1979) (Betty Douglas) and the television series Glitter (1984) (as "Jennifer Douglas").
