Maria Kavogianni is a Greek actress with a versatile career spanning television, film, and theater. She studied drama at the Karolos Koun Drama School and began her professional acting career in the mid-1980s. Kavogianni is known for her dynamic range, performing both comedic roles such as Aspasia in Dolce Vita (1995) and Korina in Eglimata (1998), as well as dramatic parts like Eleni in Hara agnoeitai (2009).
She appeared in the feature film Worlds Apart (2015) directed by Christopher Papakaliatis and has had recurring roles in numerous popular Greek TV series, including Le Blues du Maestro (2022), Mary Mary Mary (2022), Sto kalo, glykia mou sympethera... (2016), and Min arhizeis ti mourmoura (2013). Kavogianni's stage work includes collaborations with prominent Greek directors and performances in a variety of theatrical genres, reflecting her broad acting range and strong presence both on screen and on stage.
