Based on the trailer below, the indie action/sci-fi/horror/thriller mashup seems to draw influence from Richard Connell‘s classic 1924 short story “The Most Dangerous Game.”

Horror icon Danielle Harris from Halloween fame is all set to face off against the axe-wielding killer of Redwood in David Ryan Keith directorial 'Redwood Massacre: Annihilation.'

Written and directed by David Ryan Keith, the film is a sequel to the 2014 film ‘The Redwood Massacre’.

According to the official synopsis: “A stranger obsessed with the unsolved Redwood murders convinces a group of bereaved family members to venture into the wilderness in hope of proving the existence of the infamous killer."
