Recently, Fox released the new,official synopsis/spoilers for their upcoming "Gotham" episode 3 of season 2. The episode is entitled, "Rise Of The Villains," and it turns out that we're going to see some very interesting and high drama stuff go down as a huge stand off goes down between Jerome and Gordon while a major hostage situation takes place, and more!
