- Jon "NEVERDIE" Jacobs is an award-winning actor and filmmaker whose work spans cult noirs, high-art festival films, and genre-bending indies. His features have screened at top festivals including Cannes, Oldenburg, and São Paulo. Jon's directorial debut Metropolis Apocalypse premiered at Cannes, and Welcome Says the Angel was hailed as "the best of no-budget American cinema" by The Stranger.

- When Jon was 10 years old he gave a recording of himself singing to famous Ex Beatle; Paul McCartney. When Jon saw him again a few weeks later, he asked Paul if he had listened to the tape. Paul shrugged at first not recalling, then he said "wait a minute, I had a meeting with a Music Producer in my Car and I put in a cassette to play him my latest Demo, but it was you singing heartbreak hotel.

- After years of dreaming of breaking into movies, Jon was visiting his friend Cris Campion, a French actor who was working on Robert Altman's film Beyond Therapy (1987) which was shooting in Paris. While Jon was actually on the set, Cris received a phone call from London informing him that Jon had won his first film role (it took him a while to convince Jon he wasn't pulling his leg). Jon has always considered it a good omen that his first film role came to him while visiting Altman's set.
