    • Fred Immler was born in 1880. He was an actor, known for Passion (1919), Tamburin und Castagnetten (1920) and Le navire des hommes perdus (1929). He died on March 1, 1965.

  • Fred Immler continued his career in the sound film era of the 30s till 1935 before he retired from the film business.
  • Fred Immler joined the film business in 1912 and he soon became a demanded actor, among others he also played together with the legendary Asta Nielsen for several times.
  • The actor Fred Immler first worked as a bank employee from 1900 to 1904 before he dedicated to the acting and took acting lessons from 1905.
  • He already got first engagements in 1906 at the Hoftheater in Coburg and in the next years followed engagements in Hannover, Gera und Breslau.
  • His film career was interrupted by his service in World War I but already in 1919 he was able to continue his activity in movies .
