Keith Birkfeld is a Media and Business Development Executive, specializing in the development, production and distribution of TV Series and Films, working in management roles for MGM, and serving as General Manager for Empire Network KVCR (PBS and NPR for the Inland Empire) and Indigenous network, First Nations Experience (FNX).
