  • Appeared in the film Un fauteuil pour deux (1983) with fellow "Muppet" colleague Frank Oz (puppeteer of Miss Piggy).
  • Famous behind such "Muppets" as 'Scooter', 'Janice', 'Statler', 'Sweetums', and 'Junior Gorg' from Fraggle Rock (1983).
  • He was cremated at Neptune Society in Paramus, New Jersey after his family had a private funeral for him in its crematory. Some of his ashes were sprinkled over the flower beds at the Hunt Family home in Closter, New Jersey.
  • His mother Jane Hunt made a cameo appearance in Les Muppets à Manhattan (1984).
  • Puppeteer/actor.
  • Brother of Kathleen Hunt, Lynn Russell, Adam Hunt, and Rachel Middleton.
  • Like Jim Henson two years earlier, Hunt's public memorial service was held at Cathedral of St. John the Divine in New York City. It was on February 2, 1992.
