I feel disappointed in myself that I didn't somehow watch Detroiters from 2017-2018 and that I missed out on the bliss it has brought me and the light it has let into my life, I'm also grateful that I have now discovered it for myself and can wallow in its lovelyness, amen. You can watch both series of Detroiters and not total even 7 hours. I have 3 episodes left and there are no more. I've enjoyed it so much that I feel I should save the last three episodes so I can say to myself it's not over yet, I know I won't do that though. I don't normally watch things more than once but I know I'm gonna watch Detroiters again, so good. I can't go into what happens in the show to make it this good. It's an american TV show that hits all the spots, it's classic.

Maybe I'm not in the right mood?! There's only 30 reviews at this point, made up of reviewers saying they hated it and others saying that the haters are wrong because they aren't watching it correctly.

Any genuine top reviews of a well recieved show/film will tell you what they loved about the show/film, they'll go on about it's good points and how it grabbed them etc. On checking the high scoring reviews of 'the Completely made-up Adventures of Dick Turpin' you'll just read that you have to keep in mind other funnier shows that have been on in the past and remember how good they were as you are watching?!?!... and that the reviewers that didn't like it are narrow-minded and don't like comedy, that it's not supposed to be very good etc... all red flags.

Well honestly it's not great, but... if you are very young and have never watched a funny comedy before you're going to like it somewhat.

I still love all the cast though who are amazing and will not hold it against them and it's well produced. I blame the writers, they need not worry though as I have no influence on anything people might commission them to write in the future.
