The countdown to Christmas 2022 is off to a sad, sad start. If this is what Hallmark has in store for us we are in big trouble.
Why has Hallmark started out Countdown to Christmas with such sad and depressing movies? They should have their strongest, funniest, best movies to start... instead they are giving us broken marriages, slow storylines, and characters who don't connect on any level. I found myself not even rooting for this couple to succeed by the end.
Admittedly, I fell asleep twice the first time I attempted to watch this movie. I chalked it up to being sleepy, but upon second viewing, I simply found this to be a sad and boring movie. I think I'm more disappointed with Hallmark at the low quality movies they're cranking out. Please listen to the viewers you have left. Focus on quality not quantity.
