Started watching this out of curiosity. Professionally with a background in aviation accident investigation and a fanatic of military history this looked right up my alley. I was excited to learn about what had happened. The first episode dragged on and I slowly got overly dramatic conspiracy theory vibes by the end. I thought this would be an intelligent and fact seeking accident investigation type of show. About 10mins into the second episode I had to turn it off. They focused on uneducated public figures and their conspiracy theories with almost no reasonable coverage of actual facts. I skipped ahead to the last episode literally titled "black box" hoping it would actually talk about the investigation and causes. But it was nothing but more wild conspiracy theories. Do they really think a nation is going to blab and plaster state and military intel and secrets all over the public media!? Of course theyre going to be discreet and withhold vital information critical to nation security!!!

Easily one of the DUMBEST "documentaries" Ive ever seen. A complete disappointment. Along the idiotic "documentaries" about big foot and such.

Really hope Netflix doesn't plan on produce any more of this type of trash!

This documentary was BEAUTIFUL. Powerful, insightful, fresh, EYE OPENING. I was actually about to post on my fan site (100,000k+ followers) talking about how powerful this is. So I come here to get more details and appalled to see negative reviews. Thinking who tf has anything negative to say about this and the incredible soldiers in it!? Then I started reading and was like oh... (eye roll). The narrow and absent minded literally too dumb to comprehend the history and scope of complex geo politics. I was literally thinking in my mind about posting on my fan page how the REAL world (Im contract military) isnt black and white like all the over bloated stupid super hero movies. Heres the bad guy, heres the good guy... yay flashy cgi good guy wins yay! This documentary is made (and clearly those people very much miss the point) to show geo politics arnt so black and white. It didnt NEED to have a long drawn out background and set up. Obviously its made (VERY WELL) for fans of the film and history fans. If you want to know more READ A BOOK AND EDUCATE YOURSELF.

What I thought VERY highly of and praise was the side of the Somali who were there. Amazing. Incredible. It doesnt matter who was right and who was wrong. ITS NOT ALWAYS THAT SIMPLE. Its fascinating to hear and understand their side. So many history documentaries try pathetically to paint the simple We were good they were bad. Blah blah blah.

AMAZING DOCUMENTARY. 10/10. Bravo.

Literally everything you love about the movies and more! I went into this loving the first two movies and was pleasantly surprised it was way more than I thought it would be! The opening set up is great as it switches tracks from Sonic and Tails to Knuckles and Wade. And Wade just steals the show! In a shockingly GOOD way. Dont get me wrong Knuckles is still a great lead and partner but Wades goofy character and humor adds such a contrasting balance. It's absolutely brilliant in every way. The middle episodes are so off the wall and so completely different than what you'd expect. And it puts this show so far above and beyond everything else! I honestly thought it would be a cliche odd buddy cop comedy with the big bad man wants knuckles power and blah blah 6 episodes of chasing scenes. SNORE! Its the complete opposite! And its so fresh and original and SO much fun to watch! The main bad guy hardly makes an appearance which is just done in a fantastic smart way! AMAZING cast of characters each adding their own brilliance on screen. Cant wait to rewatch the series several times! Can only hope Paramount rethinks their original plan and adds more seasons!!! 11/10 MUST WATCH!
