In spite of being a certainly slow-paced movie, Pumpkinhole manages to keep you entertained the whole time.
Even though the cause of the pumpkin visions is very obvious from the beginning if you pay attention, it's kind of interesting how they managed to pull the triggers with some nice plot twists by the end.
Not gonna spoil but I found the bittersweet ending really interesting and it made me think lots because I really believe in parallel universes and the simulation theory (which was kinda pointed at indirectly).
Anyway, if you want food for thought, this film is for you.

As a completionist as regards gaming, you know, unlocking as many achievements as possible for games on different platforms and mastering them, I think an Augmented Reality and AI like the ones in Sight: Extended might really help me out to deal with "real life".
What I like most about the movie is the impressive protagonist development we can see thanks to just a "technological push". Yet, I think some cliché stuff like past love crushes and the ending, could've been way better but still enjoyed it.
I just wish there would come one of these sci-fi films that actually is 100% happily ever after but well, this one is really close, so I was surprised. I mean, you won't see the typical "AI turns into a serial killer" stuff, luckily!
All in all, I was worried due to the low rating but I'm glad I went for it and if you like these themes, you'll probably enjoy it too.

This Karate Kid movie is OKAY but unfortunately, the writers just went with the most classic combination of clichés, some examples without spoilers, just what you can see in the trailer:
-boy moves to a new city -boy is bullied -boy meets girl -girl loves boy -bully is the main boss
Yet, the movie manages itself to not be annoying and extense. The pace is certainly fast, but I insist, there's no character development because everything is just too obvious from the very beginning.
There are some Artificial Intelligence effects involved which really surprised me. This is just getting better and who knows? We might see a spin-off of a young Miyagi sensei one day haha.
All in all, I kinda enjoyed Karate Kid: Legends even though it was one of the most obvious storylines I watched.
PS: The best scene will come just before the credits. Trust me.
