Some funny stuff, but jokes about bodily functions play way too much of a role in the move (usually bowel movements and farting).
It was kind of a feminist movie (i.e., it likes to man-bash and cry about the oppression of women).
It's basically a compilation of skits thrown together to form a story, and, while some are humorous, many of the skits lack a solid punchline (they just kind of just fizzle out).
Lastly, I am not sure what is included in the content advisory for this film, but there are some aspects of this movie that some audience members will not appreciate. Specifically, the film treats making a deal with the devil as a silly, no-big-deal sort of thing; there is a surprising amount of blood (especially in the blood coughs); and there is a torture scene (that is played for fun but does involve real torture methods).

This movie is about a little girl that knows everything (because she likes science and is almost a teenager) who saves the planet by going ghostbusting. There are some other characters like her awkward kind of stupid brother, her odd conspiracy-loving friend, the black girl her brother is infatuated with (who must always look cool), her mostly self-centered mother, and her teacher/mother's new boyfriend (who is just kind of the silly adult male). None of the characters are believable. There are major plot holes. There is something worth something in the movie's core, but all the bad stuff makes it hard to see what it is. There are some action-type moments and some kind of funny lines. If you can completely turn your brain off when watching a movie, or you are just looking for references to the original Ghostbusters (and don't care that this is nothing like the original Ghostbusters), then you might like this movie. Kids will also probably love this movie.
The story had potential but there was so many inconsistencies with the characters that it completely destroyed all emersion. They were so busy trying to push the idea that this character is the tough female cop, this character is the dumb cop, this character is the caring doctor, this character is the religious zealot, etc., that they were not believable. It reminded me of a first draft that you haven't read through to flesh out, fix the logic holes, and make everything is consistent.
