A film that explores the city life where 3 prime characters entangle with one another. The brightest spot of the movie is its Realism. Gosh ! I simply loved it. The depiction of the artist, the waitress, the author is painted with genuine colors. The positivity that vibrates in the atmosphere is what makes the film lovable. Such a lovely movie is this. Get ready for 2.18 hours and enjoy it...
My favourite character in all the cinematic history is now Melvin from As good as it gets. A person in early 50's falls in love with an waitress. It's the kind of love that's matured, enlightened and patient. Jack Nicholson so perfected it. He is the weight of the script. He is the bright side of life that we all should look forward. Despite huge experience and knowledge he still becomes nervous infront of his love and takes time to speak his heart out. Despite all negative possibilities he does good to his neighbors, his neighbours dog, his favourite women apart from maintaining his decency in society. What a performance !!
A movie that explores frienship, love and humanity in loveable way that will win your approval. A very intelligently made movie but with a few holes in script, with very few subplots unexplained. I find the film similar to Pulp fiction in narrating American lives except that Tarantino explores both light and dark sides more realistically. As good as it gets is highly optimistic about human relationships. Just see it. It's really a beautiful thing to bring out smile in other's faces. Loved it. A 9/10. A 90/100.

Dhurandhar delivers brutal action sequences and Ranveer Singh's committed performance as the undercover agent keeps things engaging. The Karachi underworld feels vivid, with tense cinematography plunging viewers into gritty alleys. However, the 3+ hour runtime drags in the middle, testing patience despite the high-stakes plot. Solid spy fare, but not groundbreaking.
Aditya Dhar's direction shines in technical craft-score and editing build real suspense amid moral dilemmas. Akshaye Khanna and supporting cast add depth to the criminal ecosystem. Pacing falters with indulgent subplots and overt jingoism that dilute the core tension. Entertaining in bursts, but feels bloated. The film's immersive world-building and disturbing scenes, like the 26/11 nod, evoke strong emotions. Action is raw and immediate, setting a genre benchmark without fluff. Yet, the lengthy runtime and unnecessary elements make it exhausting rather than exhilarating. Worth a watch for visuals alone. Ranveer Singh anchors the chaos with layered intensity, while brutal gore justifies the adult rating. Background score pulses effectively through high-tension ops. Script overloads on politics, losing focus and emotional resonance by the end. Decent thriller, needs trimming. Strong atmosphere in Lyari's dangers and clever strategic planning hook early. Dhar's control over spectacle rewards patient viewers. Prolonged exposition and propaganda vibes undermine the grit, turning potential masterpiece into a slog. Midway appeal only. A 5/10.
