Not saying it was right

I'm not saying cheating is right, because it's not. But, they were all doing it. If you were a cyclist and didn't cheat you didn't win. The cyclists cheated. The teams cheated. The race organizers cheated. The governing councils cheated. The whole system cheated. Money was exchanged all throughout the system to allow it to happen. That's what it was about- money. That's all it's ever about. Not saying Lance is a good person, but he was targeted because he was the most successful. Now go out and look at all the others who also had success and you will find they cheated as well. They couldn't have won if they didn't. They are probably Still cheating in cycling.
