I have watched this series many times and I always feel *warm* instead of scared. The amount of thriller scenes is okay and not exeggerated. The details of how the spirit keeps coming back to the bly somehow touches my inner 'motherhood' instinct where a mother just wants to make sure her child is safe.
For me as a horror fan, I like the propotion of this series that is just good if you want to explore horror genre but not too 'gore' or 'evil'ish. The balance of children's emotional development and mixed with curiosity, warmth bound within the character, conflict of interest, and the deep history of the bly, I cannot stop watching this over and over again. I hope this stays long on Netflix.

At the end of the episode, yes I cry.
I have to stop until the last 10 minutes. Just confusion and the thrill is missing. Flat, no explanation of any purpose of the ritual. Just spiral on screen which has no correlation to the first clue on the phone. The conflict within the character is just nothing related to the cursed from the phone.
The conflict with the girlfriend is not that convincing enough for me that the ritual has something to do with the relationship. Okay, a scene where she hug with the professor and then the rest nothing at all. Indie horror movies are way better in storytelling & the thrilled tension. This one just ruin my movie night.
