I really enjoyed this episode as to why I'm not sure but I think it's because Wesley has joined the team and fits in well. Sorry but Doyle didn't seem to belong and was kind of a bit sleazy towards Cordelia, so I don't think he'll be missed that much.

It's good having the Angelus flashbacks to remind us how evil Angel really was and how far he has come.

Cordelia and Wesley really do have some great funny lines and I think that's what makes this season really good. As others have pointed out with Kate, there was certainly a connected between Angel and her and yea was disappointed with how that turned out.

Well, if this first episode is anything to go by well then I'm hooked! Absolutely loved the episode, especially Miranda Richardson (hello Rita Skeeta!). She does a fabulous job with an Aussie accent.

Teresa Palmer was an excellent choice as Sophie, who has a bit of mystery to her lifestyle and also somewhat of a bumbling, carefree free spirit.

The island story is also a bit of a mystery and with a beautiful photographic river and surrounds I'm sure the rest of the episodes will entertain us all.

I hope the rest of the family stories keep us guessing but not turn out too bizarre and ridiculous. Fingers crossed.
