I've submitted a review on this show twice previously and it goes into a black hole so I'm going to try it again.

I love Billy Bob Thornton. I think he's an excellent actor and he fits this role well. What ruins the whole show for me is the ex-wife and his daughter. I just finished four episodes and I'm not sure I can continue. If they would extricate these two it would go back to being a highly rated show for me. In a word, they are oversexed and it's embarrassing to watch. What's even worse is how Billy Bob Thornton indulges their horrible behavior. Again, it's an embarrassment. I don't know what Taylor Sheridan was thinking. Let's not forget the roughnecks in the oil field go to a drive-through for their morning coffees only because the barista's are half naked.

I wish I had a crystal ball to know if they are going to get rid of these two abominations of characters. If so, I would stick with it but for now, I'm really on the edge.
