I really don't know why so many people still bother to watch this kind of movies if they are conscious that they don't like this kind of movies... I've always liked parody movies and I'll always will. If I didn't like them, I simply wouldn't watch.

Being a parody this is again a miscellanea of big-hit movies and quite non-sense, but if you know the movies being "parodied" you will laugh for sure. I did, and a lot.

But be AWARE, if you don't like you will cry... (but if you like, you may also cry of laughing.) Just look to the small details (Juno's expressions, Sex and the City crazy thoughts, Batman's voice, Beowolf's "I am", and so on!)

But I actually liked it. Main characters are relatively well played and there are some cool (yet short) fighting scenes where Bai Ling shows some skills (a very quick scene reminds of "Equilibrium" gunning)! Her clothing (mainly) and face paintings are also worth to watch. A nice cyber-punk flick which tries to enter the Aeon Flux (etc) scene. The theme for the story (DNA) is clever but never develops much being a weak storyline. It was in this way that I was expecting more, more DNA hackers, more DNA exploitation (and explanation) and this is never delivered. If you are in this cyber-punk scene or Bai Ling's or this "super-heroin" thing, it's worth to watch, but don't be expecting much!!

Since I can remember that I'm a huge dragon "afficionado" and I love everything that relates to dragons. I've watched countless dragon movies and I loved every one of them (Please, take under consideration that D-War is not, in my eyes, considered even a take on movie... it was awful).

Unfortunately Fire and Ice does not fall very behind the D-War scene... Dragons look almost like giant flying stingray and are covered in their element (fire or ice) giving them a look as "undragonish" as I even dare to imagine if I tries to undermine a dragon's look.

I was aware that this is a Sci-Fi movie, but the channel's movies are quite entertaining. This has the HUGEST plot holes and STUPIDITIES I've ever seen. Really a NEVER watch. Also, note that this is my first review ever in IMDb and this is really to warn anyone that considers to watch this, mostly if you are a dragon fan. May your fangs never dry!
