DWTS 2024 producers must be really hard up for contestants. Apparently they have been through all the B and C-listers and even D-listers so they have opted for a criminal. Great message you are sending out to the world ABC producers. If you are rich enough, you not only get away with your crime and get a cushy ankle monitor instead of jail-time. But ABC will put you on TV and bling up the ankle monitor for you. It is a slap in the face of all the poor and middle class hardworking honest law-abiding people all over the world, not to mention a blow to the justice system. I guess it really is reality TV ... shame on you ABC for insulting good people everywhere.

I don't know why they bothered. This movie does not offer anything new or innovative and the original and the 2013 reboot were just soooo much better and gorier. This movie was just absolutely pointless. The acting was ok, the special effects were good, butt there really is not a different storyline than: discover a book and a recording, play the recording and yep there's demons. And not even really scary or creepy ones. The movie is full of nods and references to the old movies, but not in a clever way, just blatantly copied. They could have done so much more in this urban setting, but decided to go cheap and stay in one place rather than have the demons run rampant in the city with no escape. A missed opportunity.
