Just finished watching it and I can confidently say this is one of the most breathtaking c-dramas I've ever seen! Despite its heart-wrenching ending, the journey was nothing short of amazing and I absolutely loved every moment of it. What truly sets this drama apart is its smart and refreshing dialogues that steer clear of the usual clichés, making the story feel both unique and deeply engaging. The chemistry between the protagonists was phenomenal-every shared glance and conversation felt so real and emotional...! The fight scenes were a spectacle in themselves, perfectly choreographed and thrilling to watch!! I was also blown away by the stunning visual effects and the diverse and fantastical settings, which transported me to a whole new world every time. And of course the captivating story kept me hooked from the very beginning. It's a beautiful blend of fantasy, romance and action that's both imaginative and emotionally compelling. This is a drama that lingers in your heart long after the final episode...It's a 10/10 for me and I couldn't recommend it more highly!!

I chose this series quite randomly, while scrolling through Prime Video's choices. I hadn's looked up on the cast, on the plot or on the reviews. I was just thinking that I'd like to see something different. From the very first episode I was taken aback by how well the visuals were and how astonishing the photography was! My first thought was also that this is probably inspired by anime or something relevant and found it even more intriguing. The main hero introduced himself quite astonishly! :) I remember clearly as now, muttering myself out loud "wow wow who was that?! That was so cool!!!! So, yes I got hooked on this show from the first moments of watching. The plot is so interesting, leaving me wanting more and getting curious for the sequence of the story. The cast was amazing! Truly talented and into their roles. Captivating landscapes, mesmerising visual effects! I have also seen other fantasy K-dramas and I think this was by far the most perfected in the cgi parts! Great work!! I watched this series within 3 days and left me wanting more! The ending left me with hopes of continuation. I really hope they will release a second season! It would be interesting to see the past of the heroes more detailed and also how the priest got his powers!

The Shadow and Bone trilogy is one of my most favorite books that I have read multiple times. Since last year, when the cast was announced, I was so thrilled and this show was the most anticipated for me. I was pretty sure that with this cast and crew it's gonna be amazing. And yes. I'm so happy and relieved that it was such a close adaptation to the beauty of the Shadow & Bone book, but also I was truly amazed by how good they inserted the stories of Six of Crows characters... It was even genius I can say. I'm so thankful to all the people who brought Grishaverse into real life in such an amazing way! I'm sure I'm gonna watch this again and again!
