My brother has a tendency to buy DVD's of the $1.00 rack. Needless to say we've seen some real gems. "Laserhawk" is, and I think this is being kind here, the absolute worst piece of crap film I have ever seen, and I've sat through "Glen or Glenda"!! The acting was worse then awful, the special effects were completely lame (we actually thought this was from nineteen eighty something) and the story was every lame Sci-Fi Cliché that has ever been used. EVER!! "Dolemite" is better then this. And do you know what the worst part is? People on this site actually said it was GOOD!! For your own sake, and the betterment of humanity as a whole, save the buck, buy a cup of coffee.
I have been huge Star Wars fans since I was a child and did not expect the new films to measure up. Good, but not great is what I expected. With "Revenge of the Sith" Lucas has given us a film that really dose measure up to the original. This is what we wanted to see when we heard the first rumors of Episode 1.
The film shows how Anikin Skywalker falls from grace and becomes Darth Vader. It is action packed, and very dark. (You may want to give it a look before taking the younglings) The films climax is the duel we've been waiting for, as Master and Apprentice square off on the volcanic world of Mustafar.
The acting is not bad. The best acting in the film is Ian McDiarmand's portrayal of Chancelor Palpatine. This is his first chance to shine in the series and he really dose a great job.
There are characters we know (Obi-Wan, Yoda, and even a brief appearance by Chewy) and characters we have yet to meet (General Grevious). The space battles are cool, the sword fighting is awesome and the effects are, of course, amazing.

This is one of my favorite movies. It stars Michael McKean, Chistopher Guest, and Harry Shearer as Englands Legendary Spinal Tap and Rob Reiner as the "film maker" Marty DiBergi. Marty is out to make a documentary ("an, if you will, Rocumentary") about an aging metal band, chronicling their waning popularity on their latest tour.
The music is ridiculous yet somehow realistic, and the bands antics (includeing getting lost backstage) are truly hysterical. The cast is amazing and includes some unexpected and at the time unknown actors. (Look for Dana Carvey as a mime/waiter) This is an awesome film that everyone, specially Metal heads MUST see.
