While the story begins depicting an actual fraud committed by some (fake?) insurance company, the real aim of the movie that is clearly stated at the end is making you envious about companies that are able to avoid taxes.
They also say that if those companies would pay taxes there would me more homes for homeless, more food for the hungry ones, etc.
Of course we know that's complete BS: the more taxes we pay, the more the state uses them against the population, it enhances its power and makes war killing millions all around the globe.
Taxes are theft and should be regarded as such: don't fall for the story because of envy.
One thing is theft and it should be fought and condemned, another completely different thing is theft from people and companies that make profit by working.

I never review movies, but, hey, this is one so bad on all levels, I can't refrain from telling you: don't waste more than two hours for something so boring and obvious.
