My Sugar-Coated Mafia Boss (2024)
Another enjoyable story...
Marc Herrmann is such a good actor. I hope he soon gets the credit that he deserves. This movie may have a plot similar to some other movies but he always adds a little something special to the story. I don't like Mafia movies in general as they are so dark but a little in the story with some humor and romance adds to a good tale. Love the fact that the heroine is not a high powered executive or have a high paying career. This is one of the reasons I like the app, Real Shorts". It has stories of women like me in minimum wage jobs albeit with a fictional life story. It just makes it more relatable to most of us more normal people. Fantasy is best when at least part of the story touches on reality.

Sometimes There Are No Answers
This is a powerful story of the after affects of a senseless crime. Great performances were provided by the two female leads as well as the rest of the cast. The story draws you in and keeps your attention. In today's world where occurrences like this happen all too frequently, we as a society keep asking "why" and sometimes we never get the exact reason. This story has great points of view from the students, teachers, parents, and even the Police Department. I was glad to see no gore of the incident and very little violence. Instead it shows the aftermath and there are occasional look-backs. My heart breaks for these two lead characters. Keep your tissues handy.

Great at the start...
Okay. I would give this series a rating of 10 but it dropped due to two reasons. One - I felt cheated about the wedding and two - Season 5. Why did they undo all of the greatness of the previous seasons that we loved and laughed about?
