Eleven has a genuinely sparky core idea, especially with its twists in the latter half. However, the film ultimately settles for average due to its amateurish filmmaking and the equally unpolished performances from many of its new faces.

Upon reflection, the movie is riddled with logical inconsistencies. For instance, it's baffling why the police force, keeping aside the protagonist, don't consider searching for CCTV footage of a distinctive car operating in Chennai. Furthermore, the main character inexplicably overlooks two crucial names (Anjana and Dheeran) that coincidentally appear before him, only to later seek them out at their old school. These kinds of plot holes are abundant.

Despite these flaws, the lead actor delivers a decent performance. Eleven had the potential to be a good thriller in the hands of a more skilled filmmaker. Considering that, it might be worth a watch if you're willing to overlook its shortcomings.

This movie begins with promising storytelling and an authentic portrayal of fishermen's life. The initial character development and the raw depiction of sea travel create an engaging cinematic experience that feels refreshingly genuine.

However, as the story progresses, it gradually loses steam, offering little beyond a superficial conflict towards the conclusion.

While the performances are commendable and the marine backdrop intriguing, "Adithatt" ultimately fails to deliver a compelling narrative. The movie feels like a partially completed journey - promising at the start but disappointing in its final destination.

A mediocre thriller that fails to capitalize on its initial promise. Watchable, but not memorable.

"Gladiator II," directed by Ridley Scott, is an engaging sequel set 16 years after the original. Following Lucius Verus (Paul Mescal), the film explores themes of power and redemption in a politically charged Rome.

The action sequences are thrilling, showcasing impressive choreography and visuals that keep viewers on the edge of their seats. Denzel Washington delivers a standout performance as Macrinus, complemented by Pedro Pascal's strong portrayal.

However, the film struggles to escape the shadow of its predecessor. While it has emotional moments, it lacks the depth and iconic score of the original. Overall, "Gladiator II" is a solid watch for fans, but it doesn't quite reach the heights of its legendary predecessor.
