I just finished re-watching the entire series through this season.
Many seem to complain about the fact that there is a completely new cast. While a little awkward at first, I think the new cast did a decent job. Wyatt and Mcallister don't have the same chemistry as Scott and Stonebridge. Wyatt especially is a poor imitation of Scott as far as his sense of humour goes.
Where I think this season falls short when compared to the previous ones are the gaping plot holes. Others have already mentioned the cloning of the hard drives. I would add to that that it is ludicrous to hide the hard drive as was done, treating it like the nuclear triggers of a previous season. It is a list of covert operatives, perhaps with some information on each one. This could easily be in different formats such as Word or PDF and it is beyond belief that the list hasn't been copied or backed up somewhere so that having the original would solve all problems. They treat the list like a Faberge egg when in fact it is not.
This season was also noticeably worse when it comes to believability. The usual shtick of section 20 members winning all gun battles against far superior numbers while rarely getting nicked is stretched to the extreme. It happens so often that it is almost cartoonish.
Still, all in all this season was still entertaining, even if not quite up to par with the previous seasons. .

This is one of the worst episodes of the entire series in my opinion.
Usually this show will tell the story of the investigation into an accident which it did here, but only in an ancillary fashion. This wasn't one of those accidents often covered by the show that could have a considerable impact on the safety of air travel around the world.
Instead we get an Entertainment Tonight or TMZ type of episode that was all too frequently focused on JFK Jr's fame and potential marital troubles and of all things the "Kennedy Curse", as if that had something to do with the accident. One frequently interviewed "journalist" put forward gossip and curse theories several times without any basis.
This episode wasn't a typical Mayday type of episode and frankly wasn't worthy of inclusion in this series. If you are into tabloids and celebrity innuendo then this episode might be for you, otherwise I recommend you give it a pass.

Just saw this movie for the first time. It was much better than I expected.
Gerard Butler actually did a decent job acting, which I didn't expect from him as the lead. No ham fisted awkward lines here for a change. Oldman is always excellent, but as others have mentioned, his role was secondary and relatively minor and consisted mostly of shouts of indignation. Nyquist, in what surely had to be one of his final roles, was also very good. Probably the most memorable performance of all came from Toby Stephens, perfectly cast as the leader of the SEAL team and familiar to many as the captain in Black Sails.
Overall a pleasant surprise. I would rate this movie on par with The Hunt for Red October, although a noticeable notch below the GOAT of sub movies, Crimson Tide.
