I went in expecting something light like Bajaj Bajuri or something culturally sharp like Citizen Khan, but was met with a comedy that can't stop preaching. While many of the jokes land, each episode force-feeds a conservative, holier-than-thou message that feels more like a sermon than satire. The show glorifies rigid social norms reminiscent of traditional Arabic culture, offering very small to no room for self-critique. Even Citizen Khan, a similar Muslim-centered sitcom, had the self-awareness to laugh at itself and wasn't afraid to show its characters' flaws without glorifying them. This one? Not so much.

While I appreicate the effort of turning this comfy heartwarming drama franchinse into action packed movie, but this is just painful too watch. Good thing they didn't decide to give our beloved coffee enthusiats martial prowess or super powers to deal with their mishaps in this movie. Instead, they give them Kate Bishop and Karate Kid, who seems to be more than capable in taking down a camp of armed thugs themsleves, and should be done on their own instead of waiting until third act to do their thing.

Completely different cast from the original TV show, unfunny, and a waste of time.
