Interesting shirt fit about a recluse drag queen:.She/He is not very attractive ,but very convincing! Interesting plot, excellent acting! A must see!
I attended a screening of this film today in NYC. Did not know too much about it, but the cast intrigued me. Cybill Shepherd being one of my favorites. Doris Roberts and Anne Meara are also excellent. Piper Laurie gives a great performance as a gal with dementia. The soundtrack music was very good, and the film should be viewed by any adult that is caring for an elderly loved one. I hope this film gets a distributor.Ernest Borgneine gives an Oscar worthy performance, and really commands the screen. Cybill Shepherd looks great and gives a touching performance as the main characters daughter. A must see! The location shots are also beautiful, being filmed in Pennslyvania.
Saw this interesting film the other day and I would recommend it! Interesting story set in Portland Oregon. Any theatre buffs would love it. The only negative comment I have is the darkness of the film! Director,Where are the lights? Patty Duke looks great and plays twins again! Really touching ending! Hope that this film gets national release! The theatre I saw it at did not even have an accompanying poster advertising the film.Sean Astin plays a small part in the film. I was wondering if this was the first time that mother and son had appeared together on screen?Check your local newspaper for this film!If you love the theater you will love "Bigger Than The Sky".
