Most definitely the most boring movie ever made. But what did you expect with Robert De Weirdo in it? The jokes won't even make you chuckle; just cringe. "The whole time you're just waiting for it to pick up or be funny, it never gets to that point.

"Very cliche movie, you could guess what the movie was about with seeing just the first scene. One of those movies where the writers think something Inappropriate means it's automatically funny. Which they're just stupid.

De Niro could do better with better movies. I will say the granola character is a good writing choice but that's it. Everything else is just meh to be honest. But hey if you like light hearted movies that don't make you have to think or invest emotion into, then you might like it."

Okay, the truth is I copied and pasted most of somebody else's review because Robert De Niro isn't worth enough of my time to say how much he disgusts me. Time for him to utilize his long-term healthcare insurance and check into a nursing home.

I did a review on the first iteration of this movie, the Accountant. I was totally underwhelmed with the plot and the acting of some of the principles and that movie nine years ago. But I was also in the dark as to precisely what the plot was about.

Be that as it may, I decided to try to rehabilitate this series and watched the Accountant 2. This made even less sense to me than the first version. Was the whole point of this movie the narrow focus of rescuing one child in a world where hundreds suffer the same fate as that one child? So that left me with a plot line that was paper thin.

But there was also the petty, little things I couldn't get around. Here we are nine years after the first version and the dye job on Ben Affleck's hair is so obvious that I couldn't stop unseeing it and concentrate on the movie.

I certainly hope they don't feel an Accountant 3 is necessary. I'm old and have only so many minutes left in my life and I certainly don't want them wasted on another one of these attempts.

OK, I'm not gifted with great intelligence but I am probably of average IQ and comprehension abilities. But this movie lost me. I still don't understand what Ben Affleck's character was supposed to be. An accountant who was also an assassin or an assassin who became an accountant? And what his role was with his clients I still don't understand. I don't feel watching it again is going to make it any clearer.

I may be in the minority here but I have never felt Ben Affleck was a stellar performer and this movie substantiated that opinion in my mind. It may have been a budgetary decision but I believe this movie would have been better received had those in power made better choices for the leading roles. I guess I was underwhelmed, to say the least.
