This is a good movie to relax and just watch ,remake of theri which was released years ago, the world suits in that movie but in baby John somethings seems outdated and overwhelming VARUNDHAVAN-it suits him , in massy scenes he was top notch in some scenes he went lil too much but okay .. better than his other movies but his best will be still badlapur.. action wise it's good .. the title track is awesome but .. songs in the first half and one in the second half really breaks the continuity of the movie and the songs are also not that great ,RAJPAL YADAV-in a new AVATAR .. keerthy Suresh felt like she was copying Samantha from the original movies THERI ..overall just be tension free and watch the movie JACKIE SHROFF-was good but could be better to conclude good entertainer but the cinephiles would not enjoy this movie much.

The movie is completely for the masses, cinephiles would reject this movies , if your searching for a mass entertainer u would be okay with the movie Rohit Shetty has delivered.if u hv seen the trailer u would have understood the tone of the movie .. hence u should expect the similar thing .. if your expecting something of high quality stunts, cliff hanger endings, twists then this movie is truly not for you!!!! ... also this movie has tried something unique with the Ramayana angle but ... sometimes doesn't rly fit .. at the same time in some parts it's rly amazing.... the continuity is maintained (no songs) another point that am a lil happy for Arjun Kapoor.. he has done decent job especially his entry ..was rlry rly good ,if u look at the humour it's mostly in the second half where simmba does a nice job in short..if u want a relaxed kind of a movie to watch with ur family..this movie should be fine for yiu.
