I got stressed watching this movie. I heard all the stories....such distinct personalities and larger than life. A new type of tv show....nothing had a mold to it. Would the filming go as expected? Would the actors remember their lines or their next sketch? Would we fill the seats for the live audience? God the questions go on forever. What I found strange was when I previously googled Lorne Michaels and expected him to be 95 years old but was still rather young. Now I see he truly was just a kid himself and too young and naive to know that this would not work. Sometimes you have to be that way when you are conquering something so new and unconventional. Jane Goodall comes to mind on that. I started to watch from the beginning. There were some seasons that I thought sucked and some excelled. Its a sign of the times. Could this show go on without Lorne? Probably but that "it" factor would be gone because this is his baby. All the actors are his subjects. Just to see what he went through to get this going shows me he was ahead of his time and the beginning was truly the best.

It feels as though the director went to directors school at Youtube University and is stuck in Forever 17. I predict they will not be the next Stephen King or any other name you will ever hear again. Apparently my review is too short so I will add that nothing in this movie, absolutely nothing cannot be found for free on youtube. And they dont even use directors. I would have to be paid to watch this again. As for the actors, nothing special about any of them and I would have to add that I would guess that they based their acting ability on what they see on youtube and they all probably have their own sad channel with sad subscribers.
