OK... So I get this was a pet, unfinished project for Coppola however the man has done his legacy zero favours with this film.

Appreciate this was proposed decades ago and De Nero, Thurman and De Caprio went Yeah / Nah at the time, probably for very good professional reasons.

From the man who produced the Godfather series and Appocalyse Now and probably should have stood on his legacy this is a massive own goal.

After40 minutes I turned it off.

A bizarre stuttering plot jumping from sceen to sceen with little coherence , characters wandering from room to room for no reason, and a wierd interplay of youth v the establishment that made zero sense.

Obviously I missrd what Coppola was trying to do, however good luck to anyone who could sit through 3 hours of this.

I'll try and forget this exists and will fondly remember Coppola for his Apocalyse / Godfather period...

So, went in expecting a time waster, watchable swords and armour flick, no expectations.

My already low expectations were sadly dashed by just how boring, wooden and stupifying this sad excuse for a movie really is.

Stilted dialogue, terrible continuation, rubbish sound, the list goes on and on... Now, apparently there is a clever plot, however I missed have missed this bit as I drifted in and out of sleep through sheer boredom.

Further Orcs? What Orcs as advertised? Bunch of bad cheap rubber maks that really has very little relivence to whatever storyline already vaguely existed and Gimli and Legolas would have been very disappointed at the lack of challenge they presented... To summerise, if it is a choice between a root canal proceedure at your Dentist, or watching this movie I highly recommend the root canal as the more pleasurable option.

Now, with products like this hitting screens IMDB needs to introduce negative ratings.

This appalling, cheap, nasty and uselessly abysmal attempt at a film needs to be called out for what it is.

Absolute trash, a massive embarrasment and major cringe for the Australian movie industry.

It really is that bad... A pathetic, misfiring attempt at cross referencing Australian historical figures into a "humerous" reimagining of the Emu Wars, (an actual thing in Australian history), however it is extrely likely that everyone involved in this disgraceful rubbish will be drawing their dole cheques from Centrelink for the forseeable future.

An embarassment to Australian movie making that hopefully will die and rot under a rock sooner rather than later.

Don't encourage them, avoid like the plague.
