Mike the masquerader disguises himself as a child to rob a bank. As he flees, he runs into an elephant and loses his disguise. The police, with a witness who never forgets, put the elephant into protective custody in a hotel. Mike tries various disguises to get to the elephant to kill him.
It's a funny cartoon, although I am annoyed by Sid Raymond using his Little Huey voice here. I am also confused by the fact this is a Modern Madcap and not a Noveltoon. Was there any real difference between the two, or was Famous Studios contractually obligated to produce a certain number of each?

A young boy won't get out of his space suit and insists on talking space gibberish to his mother. She sends him outside to play. While he's off, a spacesuit with a small alien lands and for a short time (we hope) takes his place.
The comedy tropes of the clueless mother and the ray gun that does whatever the script calls for is strong with this one. Although the pace is a trifle slow in this late Noveltoons, the staff of Famous Studios have created a funny cartoon with this one.

Fuddlehead spends all his time watching television, and he believes everything he sees on it. As a result he loses everything: his home, his money. All that's left to him is his wife. Unfortunately
It's one of those grumpy movies about the enemy. With the rise of television, people stopped going to the movies, and movie makers did not react well to the change. Cartoon makers, being engaged in the most expensive form of film making, were not happy, and so indulged themselves in ill-natured attacks on the enemy, like this one.
