This is an interesting TV show about the intersecting lives of 8 people living in Copenhagen. All are connected in some way to a new restaurant, which is the site of a mass event.
While the first 5 or 6 episodes leading up to the major plot were well-written and well-acted, I was disappointed with the remaining 4. Characters begin to behave in a really dumb matter, suggesting that the writers needed to fill airtime rather than work on developing the plot further. One character blows his pension and robs a butcher in the aftermath of the shooting. One character takes a child to the violent crime scene to prove to her she's safe.
The show should have been no more than 6 episodes. Unfortunately, 8 characters wrecked the pacing the show because with so many stories and faces, it was hard to keep track of what was happening. I found the single mother and daughter, young immigrant desperate to escape his tyrant family, and workaholic politician the most compelling characters out the cast.
6.5 out of 10.

This show ranks at the very top of my list of all-time favourite streaming series of the last decade. It far surpassed anything I've ever seen including some very popular award-winning British shows, which I am normally partial to.
The show follows several characters in a six degrees of separation plot across Istanbul's vast cityscape. Every character is a connecting thread to another and each character is more complex and wounded than they initially appear.
Netflix has a lot of excellent foreign shows that absolutely stand far ahead of anything Hollywood has produced. Since this is a mini-series it is like a snapshot of the characters' lives that felt very satisfying and completely once the final episode aired.
