Ok so Kate Beckindale, cool, she did her Kate Beckinsdale thing. She delivered well enough. Kinda like the girl version of the dark night. Whatever. Story line..been done a thousand times but it's a classic and still works if done right. Action good. Nothing amazing but good. For me it's the using a F word to call on the name of my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. I stopped watching the movie after that. I mean the disrespect. In addition a lot of the profanity was misplaced and unnecessary. If you have to do all that for it to be good then it's not that good. If it wasn't for that I would've given it a 7? But where is the good one Mr. And Mrs Smith type movies? I'm talking the one with Bradd Pitt and Angelina. Now that I give a 9. No cussing needed to sell it and clever. This had it not been for the cussing would be simply average. The cussing was unnecessary. The blasphemy disrespectful and insulting so too shame it's a 1.

So far I hate her hair. It's distracting and weird. I think they were going for co with that look and landed on conspicuous. It looks like a cartoon character. It's hard to take her serious with such a comical hair style. Its overdone. A little boring to be honest, and the story is a little choppy. The voice over too seems AI. Missing the human element. Kinda over it on episode one. I gave it a chance but I don't see it getting any better. The characters are too obvious. Like they are over trying over reaching. I hate watching films where you can tell it's just acting and aware while watching there is a whole camera crew filming. I like to get lost in it but I can't in this one. Cool concept. Poor delivery. Try again. Now the other citadel with Priyanka Chopra was good. They need ro bring back that one.

With all the garbage being thrown at us with TV shows and movies I appreciated this show. It was well written, well acted, great character development, well thought out, plots, twists...I'm on season 5 episode 6 and not one boring episode yet. I can literally binge watch the whole thing. I see why there are 6 seasons. No need to compensate good tv with vulgar language or gross extreme sex scenes to make up for a good story with this one. The cinematography visual effects all of it is top notch. You can get lost, pun intended, watching the show. Overall just really well done. I didn't give it a 10 because I reserve 10s for... well I'm just really picky and that being said I hardly give out 9s but this is well deserved. Today's writer's producers directors etc....please take a note. Byeeee!
