An absolutely amazing movie. Aside from some trends that are considered old-fashioned nowadays, I can't find a single fault in it. Rarely can I say that a movie is perfect, but this one achieves it in such a bold and original way that it still holds up today. Every single line feels natural, as if written by someone who once experienced this exact situation.
The acting is brilliant, the cinematography is good, and the soundtrack hits hard at crucial moments. The main driving force of this movie is its story-original and better than anything similar. The characters are morally gray, and while I rarely sympathize with such characters, this film overwhelmed me with feelings and emotions.
This isn't a movie for everyone, but I'll definitely remember it. A masterpiece!

From the moment you set eyes on this movie you know it is going to be something special. If I had to explain this movie I would say it is a biker romance, but if I had to explain the feeling this movie gives I could not do it in a million years. Such a nice love story between two regular people that completely keeps your eyes and your heart glued to the screen. The characters are relatable and have their own rules in life and that makes them have to constantly fight between the person who they are and the person the want to be. You can instantly fall in love with the vibe of this movie and the whole biker feel. The feeling it gives you is overwhelming. A masterpiece.

Found this movie because of kaoru akimoto - dress down. Instantly fell in love with the movie! The characters are reletable and complex. The story and the dialog are really natural. The cast are really talented. All the character are really likeable. The cinematography blew me away. The strongest point of this movie is its vibe. 80s Japan has such a charm to it where it hides much love and soul in such tiny details of a common life that it is very hard to explain the feeling you get from this movie, but it is very easy to get overwhelmed by the feeling of this movie without even knowing why. A masterpiece.
