This is the only fully made and decently constructed enough documentary made on Christopher Hitchens and his life's work and philosophy that drove it, that's at least willing to watch. It's a story that plays out in the similar chapter lineage that Christopher wrote into his memoirs, in "Hitch-22." This includes a nice selection of B-Roll (random footage to follow film) that plays behind the story being narrated by Christopher Hitchens himself, as he reads from the audio-book version of "Hitch-22" and other clips of him.
This film displays the life of Hitchens relatively well from the small amount (above average though) that I know about him. From his birth and to his death. It can certainly be dramatic at times at well due to the beautiful wordage from Hitchens played over a nice song, over nice footage. Yet it also shows how persistent he was for the fight against the spread of any religion, literally continuing as long as physically able to. I have boundless respect for him.
